Notion
Two-way sync between Notion and the Orvine memory graph.
What it does
- Index — selected workspaces, teamspaces, or databases are continuously indexed into Orvine with full block-level provenance.
- Publish — approved SOPs can be mirrored to a Notion database with a generated table view and version history footer.
- Backlink — every Notion page indexed receives a Orvine "Related SOPs" callout block that updates automatically.
Install
Notion uses public integrations with explicit page sharing. After installing the Orvine Notion app, share each top-level page or database with the integration. Orvine will surface a list of accessible resources at Settings → Integrations → Notion.

Orvine polls indexed resources on a 5-minute cadence and listens to Notion's webhook events where available. SOPs mirrored to Notion are marked read-only at the block level; edits made in Notion are detected and surfaced as a divergence task — the source of truth remains the Orvine SOP.
If your Notion workspace is on the Enterprise plan, you can scope the integration to specific teamspaces and rely on Notion's audit log to confirm what was accessed.
