Seats
A seat is consumed by any active Owner, Admin, Curator, or Contributor. Viewer seats are free up to 5x your paid seat count (Business) or unlimited (Enterprise). Deactivated members release their seat the same day; a re-activation within 30 days reuses the existing record.
Mid-cycle seat adds are pro-rated to the day. Mid-cycle removals credit on the next invoice, never refund in cash.
Usage metering
In addition to seats, two metered resources are billed on Enterprise contracts:
- Interview minutes — total duration of completed sessions per month.
- AI inference units — a normalized measure of tokens consumed by AI search, chat, and extraction.
Both have generous monthly allotments included with the plan. Overages bill at contracted rates. Real-time usage is visible at Settings → Billing → Usage.
Invoices and payment
Self-serve plans are billed monthly or annually to a card via Stripe. Enterprise contracts are billed by invoice with NET 30 terms; ACH, wire, and purchase orders are supported. Invoices are available as PDF and as a structured CSV for ERP ingest.
Annual prepay is available on all plans at a 15% discount. Annual contracts can be amended mid-term for seat increases without a new contract.
